I took delivery of my '66 T'Bird in July 2006 after a two year restoration. I'm currently having the engine rebuilt and am hoping to be cruising in it by Christmas. With a return to a squarer design, this is generally regarded as the last of the classic shapes. It was also the final convertible Thunderbird until 2002. My car has most of the options that were available for the year - air-conditioning, power steering, driver seat, windows - including front quarter vents and roof. Also the antenna. Like my '63, it is RHD. |
