1957 DeSoto Firesweep Sportsman

Owned by John & Faye Worswick.

Rare now even in the USA this exceptionally tidy and original DeSoto was imported into Australia Feb 09 after being sighted in an Ebay auction. Bought on pictures and description this is an Ebay success story; thanks also to Bob Bond (Thunderrbird Owners Club of Australia) who assisted John in a tense bidding session.

Richard's 1963 Thunderbird Convertible

I've owned this car since about 1992. She's been restored (mainly by Mark Russell) and converted to RHD. She is smooth, quite, a dream to drive and with front wheel disks, stops safely. From 1996 to 2007 she won at least one award per year (apart from 2001 when I was O / S). Including 3 State Titles and a drive round the G.P. track at Albert Park in 2004 when she won Shannon's Show 'n Shine Best Post War Classic award. Needs a bit of work but still looks good.
