Despite a rainy weather forecast the car show organized by the Thunderbird Car Club at Lilydale was clear and sunny with well over 100 cars attending. The LMCCV cruise to the venue from Ringwood followed the lead car which was driven by the Mark Russell / Richard Cantwell team. This convoy soon became a tour of Lilydale as nobody really knew where they were going. Members attending were:
