2-dr pillarless Hardtop with 390c.i. ( 6.4L ) 4V Super Marauder engine and 3 speed auto. Fastback body style initiated in 1963 for NASCAR racing purposes. Car has Mercury under dash A/C, Power steering and brakes. One of only 4, known to be in Aust. Similar to Ford's Galaxie 500, but more substantial body trim typical of Mercury models.

Original owner drove until 1979, second owner purchased in '89-'90. Partial restoration done. Purchased via Internet from Northern Wisconsin in 2008 and imported to Aust. Unfinished restoration project. Major task, full interior refit. Other plans include upgrades to suspension and engine bay.

This very low mileage (23,500 at time of entry) MKIV 1975 Lincoln Continental recently acquired by Dave (truckie bear) is well documented right back to the original Milwaukee owner, Miss Midge Mueller. Following her passing it was astutely imported into NSW in 2007, then onto a Qld dealer before finding the loving arms of our only W.A. member.
