Perfect weather bought out 10 club cars & 13 members. It was nice to see Bruce & Angelik Wakefield in their mint 95 Town Car as well as new member Andrew Hyde in his 78 Mercury Cougar. Other attendees were;

Friday January 9th through to Sunday 11th 2009 Kustoms Nationals drew in excess of 1000 cars to Phillip Island for 3 days of cruises, bands & well organised entertainment. By arrangement the main street of Cowes was closed on Friday evening to regular traffic & made available only to the classics. Weather was made to order; unfortunately only 3 of our LMCCV cars made the trek, they were:

Gary & Kerryn in 72 MKIV Lincoln
Ryan in 67 custom Lincoln
Eric & Gwen in 55 Crown Victoria.

The weather man destroyed this show with forecasts of thunder storms that never eventuated. The day was cold for late November & the total cars on display were little more than half of what would normally arrive.
